At John Lawson I understand that you may have some questions, and I'm here to help. Below you will find answers to some of the most common questions I get. If you don't find what you're looking for, feel free to reach out to me directly!

1. How long will it take to receive my order?


As each bag is made with love and care, please allow 3-4 business days for processing. After your bag has been made and carefully inspected, it will be shipped directly to you. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?


Yes, I am happy to offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. It is my way of thanking you for choosing John Lawson  and supporting my small business.

3. Can I track my order?


Yes, absolutely! As soon as your bag is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow the journey of your bag from my workshop to your door.

4. What is your return policy?


Your satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bag within 30 days of receiving it. The bag must be unused and in its original packaging. Visit our refund policy page for more information, or contact me at support@olof-bergstrom.se to start the return process.

5. How should I care for my leather bag?


Leather is a beautiful, natural material that gets better with age. To keep your bag in top condition:

  • Care:  Use a leather conditioner every few months to maintain its suppleness.
  • Storage:  Store the bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Cleaning:  Wipe with a soft, damp cloth if needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking the leather. If you have any specific questions about how to care for your bag, I'm happy to help - just send me a message!


6. Can I customize a bag?


I love working with customers to create something truly special. If you have a specific idea or would like a custom bag, please contact me at support@olof-bergstrom.se and we can discuss the possibilities. I will do my best to make your vision a reality!  


7. What payment methods do you accept?


I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard. You can also pay securely with PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible at info@john-lawson.com 

If your bag has not yet been processed, I will do my best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
