RETURN & EXCHANGES
Return and Complaints Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (please include the tracking number). Upon receipt of the items, the purchase price will be refunded. All returns must be registered with our customer service.
I have received a defective item:
If you have received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged?
- A description of the injury
- Photo evidence
If your package has been damaged during delivery, please take a picture and send it directly to our customer service. All claims for damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery. We cannot issue a refund, credit note or replacement item without proof of damage from our support team.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If it is due to our reasons (such as damaged or faulty products), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
I have received the wrong item:
If you have unexpectedly received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide us with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received instead
- A photo of the item you received
Change:
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges . If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you return it and then re-order the correct product.
For defective products:
If the product is defective, has been damaged in transit or is otherwise incorrect, we will be responsible for the return shipping.
If I want to return an item:
If the customer has purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit or no longer wants it, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping and the return receipt .
